How do we contact you?
Dollflare can be contacted via email at dollflare@hotmail.com. Alternatively, you can fill up the enquiries form located at the tabs above.

I want to be kept informed and updated of Dollflare's upcoming products, what can I do?
Simply sign up with the Dollflare's mailing list by filling in the mailing list form and click Join! After clicking "Join", you will then be sent an email to confirm your subscription. Please respond to this email (by clicking on the link provided in it) before you can be successfully added into our mailing list!

Are the products brand new?
Dollflare only sells first hand goods, so they are definitely brand new.

What happens if the item I want is pending?
If you are keen on the item, which is currently pending, you can leave your e-mail address using the enquiry form and we will contact you should any transaction fails.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

How do i purchase items?
Simply fill in the order form which is located just under the navigation tabs above.

How do i know whether my order has been confirmed and when i should proceed with my payment?
After submitting your order using our order form, you will then receive a confirmation email from us with the relevant payment details and instructions. Do note that you should only proceed with your payment only upon receiving this confirmation email!

I intend to purchase 2 different items. How do i go about ordering?
You will have to fill in 2 separate order forms for each of the different items that you wish to purchase. The order form is located just under the navigation tabs above.

How do i pay for my items?

The various methods of payment accepted at Dollflare are:
-DBS/POSB Internet Banking
-DBS/POSB ATM Transfer
It is recommended that your payment is done within 24 hours to secure the deal!
Unless otherwise approved, we do not accept interbank transfers.
We strictly do not accept concealed cash.

How do i receive my items once I've made payment?
Item(s) will be packed and mailed out by the next working day upon payment verification.

What are the mailing options?
At Dollflare, you can choose to opt for:
Normal Postage: S$ 1.00 (if item is heavier, charges apply accordingly)
Registered Postage: An extra of S$ 2.74 on top of the normal postage charge.

-By paying an extra of S$ 2.74 on top of the normal postage, you will be given your tracking number to track your article status.
